Thank you for registering for the Facilitate with Heart training on September 26 and 27, and October 15th. 

Whether you are new to facilitation or very experienced, this training offers unique insight and tools to help you create deeper and more powerful group experiences by engaging the human superpowers of mindfulness and heartfulness! The training will help support the effectiveness, vibrancy and resilience of large and small groups of all kinds. There will be conversation, exercises, demonstrations and resources to take home.

DATES/TIMES:
Wednesday September 26 (Sessions 1 and 2), 9am – 4pm
Thursday September 27 (sessions 3  and 4), 9am – 4pm
Monday October 15 (sessions 5 and 6), 9am – 4pm

White Rock Community Hall, 1542 White Rock Road, White Rock, NS

DIRECTIONS:

From Exit 11 of the 101, go up the hill until the road T’s onto Ridge Road.
Turn right and follow the road to White Rock.
When it T’s at the bottom of the hill (there will be a small church in front of you) turn left and continue on White Rock Road to 1542 on your right.

Park in back and enter by the left door at the back of the hall. Turn right at the corridor and we are the room on the right.

LUNCH:
Please bring a water bottle and a paper bag lunch with you. (Tea, coffee and snacks will be provided)

THINGS TO BRING:
Please bring a notebook and a pen (plus lunch and a water bottle)

 

WALKING TRAILS:
There are lovely walking trails directly behind the hall, and we invite you to take a few minutes to explore them after the sessions. Nature walks are a great way to practice mindfulness and ease your transition from the training back into the rest of your day! The trails are wide and even, but running shoes might be helpful.
