Please bring a water bottle and a paper bag lunch with you. (Tea, coffee and snacks will be provided)

Please bring a notebook and a pen (plus lunch and a water bottle)

There are lovely walking trails directly behind the hall, and we invite you to take a few minutes to explore them after the sessions. Nature walks are a great way to practice mindfulness and ease your transition from the training back into the rest of your day! The trails are wide and even, but running shoes might be helpful.
